How to Use Castor Oil for Pain Relief

What You Need:
• Dr. Whites Cold-Pressed Castor Oil
• Soft flannel or cotton cloth
• Plastic wrap or towel
• Heating pad or hot water bottle
Instructions:
1. Soak the cloth in Dr. Whites Castor Oil until damp.
2. Apply to the painful area (lower back, knees, shoulders, etc.).
3. Cover with plastic wrap and place a heating pad on top.
4. Relax for 45-60 minutes, allowing deep penetration.
5. Wipe off excess oil with a warm towel.
How Often?
• For chronic pain: Use 3-4 times per week.
• For severe pain relief: Use daily for 1 week, then as needed.
2. Massage Therapy (Best for Muscle Stiffness & Joint Pain)
• Warm a few drops of Dr. Whites Castor Oil in your hands.
